Trees lifting up the pavement

On the parade of shops on the stretch of road between birkbeck and ravensbourne road, and by the brewery, theres a tree lifting the slabs and bricks on the pavement

  • The reported issue requires the footway to be excavated to allow for tree root trimming before being reinstated, these works will now be co-ordinated between our Highways and Tree Teams.

  • This morning whilst walking to Kent House Station, I tripped and fell on the slab pictured. Causing me to fall into the road and injuring my hands and knees.
