Rising Bollards not working

The rising bollards are not working and this is now a free for all with cars and taxis using this service road and parking directly outside Sainsburys. It is extremely dangerous with young children walking out of the cinema with cars constant driving up the service road, it is an accident waiting to happen. Please clamp or ticket these people.
