Human excrement in public walkway.

Since Saturday 18th, someone has defecated in the crossing tunnel between Brunswick Street East and the lower end of Lower Market Street (beside 37 Brunswick St E), and has since been stepped on it and spread throughout the tunnel. The sheer volume of the excrement is extemely alarming and disgusting.
