Tree not replanted

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7008683.

A tree was removed about 2 years ago and not replaced. You only put a post there.you keep sending me automated messages saying it is being dealt with. But it clearly isn’t the location is out side 18 and 20 jersey drive petts wood Br51er

  • Email received at CSC 23.02.25 17.45 • Which service/issue is your feedback about? trees-street_trees_and_trees_in_parks • Does your complaint contain notification of a data protection breach? no • Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below: about 2 years ago a tree was removed from outside my house and never replaced execpt with a post. i have emailed twice and recieved an automated non replyable email saying the problem was on hand and would be sorted out. i then get another message to say the problem had been sorted and the case closed. this appears to relate to a different tree in s different street.. the mail is from a no reply email address so i cant contact thdm back • What action (if any) would you like us to take? replace thd tree and get a ststem wherd the public can spesk to someone ic theg have a question. do away with the current system as it setves no purpose other tha to frustrate people • Have you already spoken to somebody in the Council about this matter? no

  • The tree should have been planted by now. Still looking into reasons why it has not been planted yet. (Could be underground cables or old tree stump) This report is still open. Thank you
