12 inch pothole and sunken manhole covers

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7008426.

This pothole and sunken manhole covers have been like this for over a year. It is right in front of South Rd as you enter West St by the Argus fish bar.
