Car has deployed air bags and damage and has been there a while. As it has foreign plates I cannot check if it’s taxed.

Updates

Hi. Car has not been touched despite driver stating he was going to get it repaired. Plus it’s parked less than a space form the double yellows meaning it’s preventing 2 cars from parking in an area where parking is an issue. I’m worried about vandalism as people are not happy.
