Sequence of lights causea congeation

The sequence of the traffic lights at the new junction of blackbird road/A50/fosse road cause congestion whenever the blackbird road / fosse road have the green light. There is almost always cars from the A50 still in the junction which don't clear for at least 1 cycle of the lights. Additionally, people using the A50 lanes of the blackbird road to get onto the fosse road is creating a huge risk.
