Pathway overgrown

This path has shrubs, brambles and bushes that are over grown and are covering the path. This has been the same way for over a year and gets worse in the warmer months, making it hard to pass and making it very muddy and slippery. You would not be able to get wheelchairs/mobility devices through this path in it's current state.
