Electronic sign showing wrong info

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7004681.

The new electronic signs for Welney are showing road closed days after the flood level has dropped and the road has been opened again. This has happened several times since installation.

Still not fixed, seems nobody on this site knows who owns the sign! Someone has put a bin bag over part of the sign, but it's still flashing a partial closure message.
