Damaged uneven unlit pavement with several potholes

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7004232.

The pavement damage causes risk of trips and falls and makes it unsafe to walk along for those unsteady on their feet. This is exacerbated by the pavement being unlit at night due to the streetlamp having failed (reported back in December). I think this has been the case for month but I've just become aware when visiting my elderly mother who needs to use this path daily. I am concerned for her safety
