Traffic lights not synced

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7004127.

Traffic lights causing issues at Adderbury, lights only stay green for 15 seconds for the B4100 from Aynho. Main Oxford road gets 47 seconds. This is causing major delays on B4100 every morning.
