Changed traffic light timings causing huge tailbacks

The timings have been changed on the traffic lights at the junction of Bedminster Road and the A38, to now favour the Bedminster Road approach. This has been creating huge tailbacks through Bedminster Down and Bridgwater Road for multiple weeks now, causing large delays at rush hour and creating untold amounts of extra air pollution in a residential area.
