Every Sunday a car parks right by the drop curb onto my property making it impossible to park on my driveway safely or access the left side of the road when leaving my parking space

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7002495.

Every Sunday a VW with the number plate WD66 OKX is parked right to the drop curb of my driveway making it impossible to safely access my Drive way, and I cannot safely leave my driveway as it blocks the view up the road and I cannot directly get to the left hand side of the lane, is there anything that can be done about this?
