Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7001832.

All the time illegal parked vehicles along of Marlow Avenue at the bottom usually abused by traders not from the area, vehicles with no insurance/mot/road tax parked on the double yellows causing a nuisance, road being used as a workshop etc and causing mess on the street
