Danger due cars parking on both sides of road

Cars park on both sides of the road obstructing the traffic and causing drivers to move into the middle of the road. This is a busy road and is really dangerous for road users and cyclists, as well as pedestrians or disabled people who can't use the pavement due to the parked vehicles mounting the pavement. The pavement is obstructed due to cars and vans. There needs to be double yellow lines on one side of the road.
