I have been in contact with you in 2024 regarding this tree when a huge branch fell away into the middle of the road. It was lucky that no one was hurt and I had to drag onto the side of the road for safety reasons myself and dispose of it myself. I have been advised that this tree is diseased as per the photograph I have attached and I have had it tidied up for safety reasons. This tree is becoming a problem now and I have done my best to keep it tidy after being told by yourselves you have to money to sort this, well I’m a 66yr old semi retired nurse working to pay my bills still.
