People ripping my fencing down. Vegetation rotting my fencing posts.

My fencing is in ruins due to human traffic mainly at night as they are drunk and ripping my fencing down. It has cost me a fortune to keep it standing. There is no light or camera and council have not cleaned in years. Alleyway between 23c john Morris rd and ferry walk.
