Tables from pub blocking pavements

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category by Simon Hobeck at 16:51, Saturday 18 January 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6999204.

The pub "The sidings" have placed tables on the pavement outside the pub. This fully blocks the pavement and causes people to walk in the bike lane. This kills the bike lane (as everyone walks in it) and effectively means the pub has claimed public space just for them. I assume this it not what the council intended when creating a bike lane (That the pavement would be colonised and the cycle lane becomes a new pavement).
