Street light off next to prison

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6998148.

On the canal side behind the prison there is a row of modern "halo" street lamps. They aren't numbered which isn't helpful but the one that is third from the corner of the abbey is not working. It has an old planning application and a skull sticker on it, in case that helps identify it.
