Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6996724.

Traffic is backing up on wellington/gainsborough road. Traffic Lights only showing green after a prolonged period of time being red other lights on that cross road are changing regularly but only letting 1 or 2 cars through. Think problem has happened today/ this evening.
