The whole road needs fixing

I have been driving to work down this road for the last 2 weeks in the dark, and icy conditions and my car has encountered a few issues, the most recent being the tyre breaking and the inner wheel being dented as pictured, when getting it changed I was told the potholes caused the damage, confirming what I already knew, I was also told it’s damaged another thing called a cv joint on my car. The issue has only just occurred as I am a supply teacher and had to work in a school on Crewe recently.
