Road surface over the water culvert - potholes

The road surface over the water culvert has several potholes and defects. Not only a danger to cyclists, but also pedestrians who have cars swerving to avoid each other over this. Near misses with pedestrians are frequent. The road surface as a minimum needs proper resurfacing from The Old Inn to The School House, however the whole of Water Street is dangerous for cars negotiating poor road surfaces where pedestrians share the road space and should be attended to.
