Very deep pothole on a bend in the road. Very hard to see when driving as it’s a 60mph road

This is going to cause damage to cars but a huge risk for bikes and motorcycles and needs prioritisation before there is a serious accident

I first reported on this pothole on 17th January and it's now 1st February. There have been a number of further updates and damaged caused to vehicles, from what I've reading. This is a dangerous pothole, on a corner in a 50mph speed limit. It's difficult to avoid and traffic has to go around it and there is the threat of oncoming traffic going too fast. OCC - please fill this pothole as a matter of emergency before there's an accident!

As of 3 Feb 2025 14:00hrs Pot hole has not been repaired. Note the flat, deep, edge on the exit out of the pot hole. which causes high impact loads to wheel, tyres and mechanical damage to both steering and suspension components. Plastic traffic cone has been placed near to pot hole. Will be submitting claim for costs of repair when garage provide invoice
