Blocked Drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6993138.

As you can see from the image, the drain is completely blocked. This was raised last summer and the contractor turned up in November to repair it BUT no notice was given and there was a car parked over the drain. The contractor came back the following day but the same car was there. Can the contractor please put out some signs up a couple of days before hand so that the area can be blocked off.
