The lines indicating stop have worn away entirely

Reported via mobile in the Road Markings category anonymously at 08:27, Friday 17 January 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6992590.

The erased lines and two sets od traffic lights leave it unclear where to stop for a red light. A driver might easily think they should stop by the second light and so get hit by vehicle coming from the right at high speed. I had a moment of confusion myself. High risk of very serious accident.

Council ref: ENQ251031354

  • Double sets of lights are not uncommon at junctions, with vehicles stopping at the send set. This coyld easily be mistaken for such a situation. Being on a roundabout only further adds to the confusion.
