Large pothole, becoming larger. It was just a dip, now it's a pothole.

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6992376.

It has been here for a long time. Seemed to begin life as a smoother dip and now it's a bigger pothole. It's on the left of the left hand lane on this part of the road where the rails are. I cannot take a photo because of where it is. When driving, your can't really see it until you hit it.
