Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6991223.

Blocked drain with water running down the road. Treacherous when icy. Reported the problem to Anglian Water who came out to investigate but will not fix as not their problem.
