The gulley under the bridge frequently gets missed by gulley cleaning squad. Recent rain washed large amounts of material from nearby field entrances into the dip under the bridge and this material has remained as the water drained away. The gulley cannot cope with the quantity of mud etc. People are damaging their cars (two I know of) through colliding with the accumulated debris. The mud needs to be cleared and the gulley cleaned out.
