Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6987108.

Large potholes in lane 2 when exiting the roundabout in the direction of central Milton Keynes. Someone else reported this in July 2024 and nothing has been done. This is a major route and should be inspected more regularly, especially when members of the public are doing part of the work for you by reporting problems.
