The below issues are in relation to A41 between Graven Hill roundabout and Bicester Village/ Tesco superstore. As a daily user of this road all times of day and night, with various poor weather conditions, I have noticed the following concerns: • Poor or faded road markings that significantly reduce visibility, especially during adverse weather conditions. • Insufficient street lighting, making it difficult for drivers and pedestrians to navigate the area safely at night. Pedestrians and cyclists frequently use this road also at night, which I have witnessed plenty of near misses. • The absence of cat’s eyes (reflective road studs), which would greatly enhance nighttime visibility and overall safety for road users.
These conditions pose a serious risk of accidents, which have already occurred, and compromise the safety of all who travel this route.
