Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6986529.

There is square workman barrier on side of verge with a pipe coming out from under ground pumping gallons of water which is running down the road, there is a junction. Going in to Toll bar serving various housing estates this junction is now flooded with half the road impassable, if water continues the estate may not be accessible.
