Email rec'd by resident: Request of reduction of the tree, (at least to the level carried out by Bromley council on 13th June 2023), to prevent recurrence of the damage previously caused by the tree.

Hi Bromley,
I've just received a notification from fix my street that my report 6116802 has been "fixed", with the note that "appropriate action has been taken". Can I state for the record, that any action that has been taken is not appropriate based upon the details of the issue that was raised - no reduction has been made to the sides or top of the tree. In comparison, the tree on the other side of the road was "appropriately" reduced some months back.
It's frustrating that I'm having to log this report multiple times to get action taken when I have raising it to prevent and issue that could result in this tree being the cause of subsidence, as has been evidenced in the past!
I will log a report again.

Hi All,
Can you please provide an update on this matter?
It has been six weeks since your correspondence below and no action has been taken. The lack of action by Bromley Council is becoming a concern, especially as we approach the summer season and higher temperatures.
Kind regards,
