Loose and dangerous pavement bricks
Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 14:01, Mon 5 October 2015
Sent to Vale of Glamorgan Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 698273.
On the pavement leading from the Penarth Marina Tesco garage (River View) to the mini roundabout at the junction with Windsor Road there are a lot of loose and raised paving bricks in several areas within a 100 yd or so stretch. I tripped and almost fell heavily here - they need fixing urgently. Further back down that area of pavement are 2 less hazardous areas that have been marked for attention, so why not these? I am guessing the boundary between Cardiff and the Vale is about here. If not your jurisdiction, please report to Cardiff.

Still not fixed. Not even marked up to be done. In fact a whole stretch of the pavement really needs to be completely relaid, not just a few of the worst bricks.

Still nothing done. The 'marking up' that had previously been done a little further down the road has now faded away without any repair work being undertaken. Ironically, nearby pavement has been dug up by contractors who need to lay cables and they have relaid all the bricks perfectly. Pity this portion doesn't need cabling!

I give up! They either don't care or at least don't care enough to inform us tax payers of whether they have any plans to fix the problem before they are sued by someone falling here
