Affects most of the centre of carriageway from three fields close

The road surface along the centre of Back Lane, West Heath, the carriageway has degraded and it's just one long pothole between three fields close and greenfield industrial estate. It's been like this since I have lived here for 3 years, never been repaired. The vibration from the lorries passing to and from the industrial estate cause my whole house to vibrate.
