Two huge potholes/broken manhole covers

These have been like this for ages now, the potholes and broken manhole covers are now hidden by water so. Putting cones on them does not help - it's just forcing people into the other side of the road into the way of oncoming traffic on a blind bend! I've had so many near misses, it's ridiculous

These are worse than ever and I have now damaged an alloy on a section despite driving at a snails pace. There are more parts of the road breaking away. It's dangerous and an absolute disgrace that this road hasn't been repaired yet!

This is now at its worst ever state. The road around one of the drain covers has completely crumbled and the pothole now spans the entire side of the road. As soon as it rains this will be hidden by water so road users will be unaware of how dangerous the road underneath is. This is going to cause damage to vehicles and has the potential to be life-threateningly dangerous to motorcyclists/cyclists. Please sort this out, it's a disgrace!
