Parked cars obstructing view when exiting car park

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6978998.

When driving out of the Vincent car park on to Redland Hill, cars parked on Redland Hill right up to edge of the exit obscure the view of oncoming traffic. This is dangerous. The parking spaces either side of the entrance should be double yellow lines. This issue has been raised for several years, with no action. Please prevent an accident happening! Thank you
