Constant bin bags and litter surrounding bins
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6978895.
The bins outside the Greenview shops and flats (opposite Greenview Surgery) are an eyesore, they smell, and there is always litter/bin bags on the path around them as I am assuming the bins are full. The bags get split open and the lovely green area is now often littered. I do not know where the bins were kept before, but now they are constantly on the path and/or green
