Litter along west pavement and road

All along the road edge and pavement there is lots of litter,broken glass between WPR no. 340 and 394, oppsi're no. 388 on the waste pavement there is a green refuge on the west pavement with stuff in it and bag is splitting and contents will get scattered on pavement. I had logged the litter issue previously along with fly tipped mattress, only mattress was removed and job closed.
