All new tarmac now gone into potholes

It’s new Tarmac that’s now gone into potholes where the tarmac has probably come away due to cold weather, but there’s a few where the repair was done, plus loose tarmac chips

Still the same with the potholes, which you have to try & dodge, considering its newest tarmac it obviously wasn't do right the first time
