Blocked culvert This is a response to an unacceptable response from CE at 8.04 am today re one of the earlier reports re the ongoing problem at this location
Thanks for the update, however I don’t understand you comment that you have been unable to identify the cause. The cause is a blocked culvert about 10m upstream from where the stream at the pond end of the field becomes an open watercourse again I don’t know where the blockage is in the culvert but it requires unblocking assp Given this has been a problem for over 2 years it is unacceptable that you cannot provide a timescale for resolution and my concern is that you/CE will continue to let this drift causing further problems. My intention is now to contact the leader of the council, ward councillors and the chair of the relevant committee to seek their assistance in getting this longstanding matter resolved quickly
