Cones constantly blocking road

Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6975844.

Residents opposite post office are constantly coning off the road. I presume to reserve the road outside their house. This is a public road and is not acceptable. They should be removed and prosecuted if they keep blocking the road. They have a driveway but cone off the entire frontage of two large houses.
