Enfield waste services ghettoising Winchmore Hill road

It has now been two weeks since Christmas and no street cleaning on Enfield main roads, weekends are particularly filthy with no follow up the next working week. It took me one hour to- half an hour in the morning then half an hour after work- to begin to clean Winchmore hill road. As well as not cleaning our roads, the council ignore and hence promote the root cause, People overflowing bins that contain waste spilling into the road are never prosecuted, as seen in image of number 30 and people with skips overflowing are never asked to cover skips or prosecuted for spillage. I clean up their waste every day. The unlicensed multi occupants of park house flats and 58 Winchmore Hill road flytip and I clean after them, again never investigated or prosecuted by the council. I have even given the van details of the tenant of park house who throws tissues, coffee cups and cigarette packs from his van by the flats every day. Nothing was followed up and he continues. The council have created a lawless borough and it is broken. Church hill and Winchmore Hill road both cleaned by me today but will look the same again tomorrow, Winchmore Hill road is a nightmare for the disabled as the council are refusing to move park house flat bins from the public pavement - encouraging walk by fly tipping too.
