Traffic congestion on moor lane due to commuters using it to take short cuts at peak times

Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 21:18, Mon 13 January 2025

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6975452.

Traffic congestion most evenings due to commuters taking short cuts. Residents of the ship roads and moor lane have elongated journey times and issues accessing there own roads. This is also causing heightened tension with local residents/ motorists. The issue appears to be becoming more of a problem. Also the safety of local residents is a concern if there was a emergency, it would be difficult for services to access the local roads.
