Rubbish/Bins

I wanted to bring attention to a concerning issue I've noticed on my daily drives through our neighborhood.

Most mornings, I pass by a property 117 where both the black wheelie bin and the food bin has been left out. Recently, the food bin was knocked over, spilling its contents all over the street, and unfortunately, the resident did not take the initiative to clean it up. The black bin has also been knocked over, causing it to block the road and forcing cars to stop and pick it up.

This situation has become quite frequent, with both bins consistently left out and ending up in the roadway. I'm worried that this could lead to an accident if it isn't addressed soon.

Could we please look into this matter? It would be great to see a resolution that ensures our streets remain safe and tidy.
