Brambles totally blocking footpath

I was walking from Stagg Hill under the pylons,roughly north-east to around What3Words location ///city.feels.curry. There was a section of brambles making it difficult to get through but whacking them with a pole only resulted in a few cuts for me but then the blockage became total. People have forced a way off the path into the field on the left at that point to avoid this section. Total section needing work to remove brambles is around 40m+ and it's winter!
