Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6974668.

These bins have been left out for over two weeks, resident does not park in front of her house. These bins have been causing obstruction to my own home and also passing vehicles including bin men and emergency services and residential vehicles.

Police have asked resident to move bins in, lasted an hour and back out soon as police have gone. Police advised to report to council.
