• Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below: How long after the new trees are planted do the wooden supports get removed? • What action (if any) would you like us to take? An idea please because the poles stop the grass verge being trimmed neatly

Thank you for your enquiry. Whilst we appreciate, it may be aesthetically unpleasing that it is not possible to cut grass around tree stakes without causing damage to them but the stakes are necessary to provide support to the young tree's in their formative years. The stakes are only temporarily in place and once the tree's have established they will be removed. Separately, works are raised to replace ties missing from a few of the trees within the street.
