Fly tipping: Large battery in stream and window

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6971279.

A large battery (car size) has been dumped in the middle of the stream - further along a large window (glass and frame) has been dumped along the footpath.
