Pedestrian crossing lights not changing

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6970391.

The pedestrian crossing at the NW edge of the roundabout (next to the Salvation Army and Baptist churches) isn't changing. You can press the button and it lights up, but the traffic lights never change. We noticed this when tying to use it on Sunday 5th; it was still the same on Sunday 12th. This means a crossing where the cars drive down onto the sliproad to the IDR can't be safely crossed.
