Scrambler bikes riding over roundabout

Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6969506.

Over the last couple of weekends scrambler bikes have been riding over/through the roundabout by Tregwilym Road and the A467. This is so disrespectful as there are people who come and plant flowers and plants to make the roundabout look lovely. These mindless imbeciles, who think it funny to do this, will be stopped.
